Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for both individual and bulk orders.

1. General Return Guidelines

We accept returns on eligible products within 7–14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns are subject to inspection and approval. Products that show signs of use, damage, or modification will not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Returns for Individual Orders

Individual customers may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the product is received and inspected.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • Products must include all tags, manuals, and original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.

3. Returns for Bulk & B2B Orders

For business and bulk customers, all sales are considered final once a quotation has been accepted and payment has been processed, except in cases of product defects or shipment errors.

  • Bulk orders can only be returned if products are damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
  • Claims must be reported within 5 working days of receiving the goods.
  • Approved returns may be replaced, credited, or refunded at our discretion.
  • Restocking fees may apply for certain categories of bulk goods.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our support team immediately with clear photos and your order or invoice number. We’ll assist you in processing a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items purchased under clearance or special offers
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

6. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service via the Contact Us page or email.
  2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review and issue a return authorization if eligible.
  4. Ship the product back securely using the instructions provided.

7. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and approved. Refunds will be credited using the same payment method used for purchase.
